this league.
Misti with 1st place State trophy. This is with the travel team "Power Strokes"... they played in
Rowlett Texas.. then they went on to Beaumont and took 4th place out of 48 teams. They had to
play all night Sat, and played up till 10am Sunday morning, due to the rain.. these girls played the sport
for 36 hrs & no sleep... wow what a team!!
They were undefeated till the placing for 6th place and then the sun and no sleep hit them.
Misti pitched in four of the games, and in one she pitched a shut-out. She also had the HIGHEST BATTING AVERAGE FOR HER TEAM; in one game she knocked in the winning run and in the championship game she knocked in the tying run and they went on to win 10-8.
GOOD LUCK Misti in the rest of the season.
